The director of the No. 1 hit Happy Death Day, CHRISTOPHER LANDON (Written and Directed by) is a filmmaker with a passion for character-driven, compelling stories. Landon's films focus on telling the stories of the individual characters no matter the genre.

Landon made his feature film debut writing the thriller Another Day in Paradise, directed by Larry Clark. He then went on to write Disturbia for DreamWorks and director D.J. Caruso. His feature film directorial debut was the thriller Burning Palms, which starred Zoe Saldana, Dylan McDermott and Rosamund Pike.

After writing and producing Paranormal Activity 2, 3 and 4, he then wrote and directed the spinoff Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, which was released by Paramount in January 2014.

Once he made his mark with the Paranormal Activity franchise, Landon wrote and directed the feature Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse for Paramount Pictures, which was released in 2015.

JESSICA ROTHE (Tree) has quickly established herself as a leading actress in both film and television. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Rothe grew up studying theater and dance. She went on to receive her bachelor of fine arts in acting at Boston University. Shortly after graduating, Rothe made her way to New York, where she joined the Roundabout Theatre and began appearing on television shows that include Happy Endings, the CBS Emmy-nominated series Blue Bloods and The CW hit-show Gossip Girl.

Rothe appeared as the lead in Happy Death Day, which was released on October 13, 2017, and topped the opening-weekend box office, grossing more than $120 million worldwide.

She will next topline MGM's musical adaptation of the 1983 romantic comedy Valley Girl as the female lead, Julie. Directed by Rachel Lee Goldenberg, the film also stars Judy Greer and Josh Whitehouse, who will play the role of Randy, which was originated by Nicolas Cage.

In January 2018, Rothe starred opposite Alex Roe in the romantic feature Forever My Girl. The story follows a country music star (Roe), who returns home after being gone for a decade to win the girl (Rothe) he left behind. Mickey Liddell and LD Entertainment served as producers, and Roadside Attractions released the film in theaters on January 19, 2018.

In December 2016, Rothe appeared in a supporting role in Lionsgate's Oscar- nominated and Golden Globe Award-winning musical La La Land, which starred Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. Directed by Damien Chazelle, the film opened the 2016 Venice Film Festival, as well as premiered at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival and AFI Fest. The film went on to gross $446 million worldwide.

In September 2016, Rothe starred alongside Scout Durwood in MTV's television comedy Mary + Jane. Helmed by the creators of Can't Hardly Wait, Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont, the story followed two best friends who ran an all-female weed-delivery service app in Los Angeles. The series was executive produced by Snoop Dogg.

Rothe's other film credits include the 2015 independent comedy Lily & Kat; IFC's The Preppie Connection; Summertime, for Gabriele Muccino, which premiered at the 2016 Venice Film Festival; a supporting role alongside Michael Shannon in Bart Freundlich's Wolves, which premiered at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival; and Nico Sabenorio's drama Juveniles. Additionally, Rothe appeared in Please Stand By, with Dakota Fanning and Toni Collette, and in the indie feature Tater Tot & Patton.

Rothe currently resides in Los Angeles.

ISRAEL BROUSSARD (Carter) is best known for his critically acclaimed performance in the lead role of Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring, opposite Emma Watson and Taissa Farmiga, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013. He most recently starred in the popular Netflix film To All the Boys I've Loved Before and Universal's horror feature Happy Death Day, which was a breakout hit at the box office.

Past credits include the sci-fi drama Extinction, opposite Michael Pena and Lizzy Caplan; the independent feature Say You Will, with Sam Trammell; Jack of the Red Hearts, opposite AnnaSophia Robb and Famke Janssen; and a leading role in Chris McCoy's Good Kids, with Zoey Deutch and Nicholas Braun. He also starred in M83's "Claudia Lewis" music video, opposite Lily Collins and directed by Bryce Dallas Howard for MTV. He made his film debut in 2011 in Rob Reiner's Flipped, followed by a starring role in Stephen Herek's The Chaperone, opposite Ariel Winter.

Broussard currently resides in Los Angeles.
