Enola Holmes Movie Review today! Beyond The Trailer reaction & movie review 2020! Netflix! Millie Bobby Brown! Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes!

Millie Bobby Brown leads Netflix's Enola Holmes as the title character, the younger sister of Mycroft (Sam Claflin) and Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill). When their mother (Helena Bonham Carter) disappears, Enola becomes Mycroft's ward and he insists on shipping her off to finishing school. However, Enola refuses and instead takes off on an adventure to find her mother. Catch my thoughts in this Enola Holmes movies review!

Decided to give the new Netflix film a watch because it looked like it might be fun and I was in the mood for something light. With that pretty small level of initial investment, I came away pretty pleased with Netflix's adaptation of Enola Holmes.

Watch as I review the new Netflix movie release, Enola Holmes, staring Millie Bobbie Brown and Henry Cavill. #EnolaHolmes, #MillieBobbieBrown, #Netflix

Enola Holmes is a tale of adventure, mystery, and finding oneself. Millie Bobby Brown embodies Enola perfectly and was a fantastic casting choice. While you will probably figure it all out well before Enola does, this movie is still worth a watch. It could work as a standalone film, but sets up for future movies at the same time.

The pacing is a bit off but it doesn’t distract from the movie as a whole. The trailer sets up for the fourth wall breaking that is seen in the movie, although it slows down and almost disappears by the end of the second act, only to come back again at the very end. That and the “MEH” romance that we get between Elona and Lord Tewskbury slow things down, but not to a halt.

Elona Holmes has a lot of action, and I very much enjoyed watching her kick some grown men butt time and again. I enjoyed seeing her as a positive role model for my daughters, who embraces being a woman. She is not at all what society expects her to be, and that is OK. I also really like seeing her best her genius brother, Sherlock, time and again.

Enola Holmes is a 2020 American mystery film based on the first book in the series of the same name by Nancy Springer. The story is about the teenage sister of the already-famous Sherlock Holmes, who goes to London in search of her mother who has disappeared.

The movie released on Netflix on the 23rd of September, and I finally got around to watching it. It’s not a perfect film, many many things I found lacking. Lekin I cannot express the JOY I found in some moments, in Enola Holmes.

The Sherlock Holmes stories, for many of us, were our first introduction not just to detective novels but also London. Late 1800s London to be precise. Reading the books and imagining what that era must have been like was such a special joy of my childhood.

Enola Holmes the movie, brings back the same wonder and awe I felt as a teenager reading Arthur Conan Doyle’s stories AND sone pe suhaaga author Nancy Springer’s writing feels even more personal and relatable because the protagonists is a teenager, a girl and the books were written by a woman only about 10 to 15 years ago. Toh and undertone of realistic understanding of the modern world is always there.

Hi my loves! Today we are going to be talking about the new movie Enola Holmes on Netflix while munching on some Kiwi - mukbang style! I have been looking forward to seeing this movie especially since one of my favs Milley Bobby Brown starred as Enola Holmes.

It's been a while since I didn't post a review on my channel, but as soon as I saw a screener of the new NETFLIX film I couldn't wait to share my impressions on this exquisite action, adventure, romance, effervescent new take on the classic Holmes tales.
