Can film making get any better than this? Quentin Tarantino recreates the era. Absolute stunning brilliance. It was a truly transitional era. It was the dawning of the Age of Aquarius and Tarantino nails it. In the story, evil is undetected and unchecked until it was too late, making it a needed cautionary tale as well.

Somewhat of a disappointment. I was expecting the same Lion King experience as the original. But there was not as much emotional payoff. However, it exceeded my expectations when it came to the artistry and the mind-blowing computer-assisted animation. Lion King makes you aware that we have entered a whole new era of motion picture making. Enjoy!

The chaos monster has always been identified with stormy waters. Think of Rahab in the Bible, Godzilla, Jaws, etc. These mythic stories speak to something primal deep within all of us. ‘Crawl’ is a wonderful ‘chaos monster’ film with a terrific performance by Kaya Scodelario. You will be on the edge of your seat.

"Water takes the shape of whatever is holding it at the time and although water can be so gentle, it's also the most powerful and malleable force in the universe. That's also love, isn't it? It doesn't matter what shape we put love into, it becomes that, whether it's man, woman or creature." --Guillermo del Toro
