Every woman falls for the wrong guy at least once in her life. This week, it's Betty Thomas' turn. As the director of the new teen comedy "John Tucker Must Die," her job is to tell the story of a sexy snake who gets his comeuppance. Too bad she turns out to be so easily seduced by her own hunky antihero.

And so must the movie, a timid, screamingly unfunny rip-off of Heathers (they wish) in which a high school newbie (Brittany Snow) helps three popular girls exact revenge on John Tucker (Desperate Housewives hunk Jess Metcalfe) for pretending each girl is the only one he's boffing. Awful.
