ABOUT THE FILMMAKERS

CHRIS SIVERTSON (Director)
Since graduating from the School of Cinema-Television at the University ofSouthern California, Chris Sivertson has established himself as an emerging force inthe independent film world. Sivertson began his career writing screenplays anddirecting second unit for legendary independent producer Roger Corman.

In 1999, he joined forces with Lucky McKee to co-write and co-direct thefeature All Cheerleaders Die, a bloody revenge tale about a squad of zombiecheerleaders.

For his solo directorial debut, Sivertson adapted Jack Ketchum’s powerfulnovel The Lost, which generated excitement and controversy at festivals in over adozen countries.

Indiana-born writer Jeffrey Hammond moved to Los Angeles aftergraduating college and sold his first screenplay in 1987. Since then, he has writtenscripts both on spec and on assignment for various studios. I Know Who KilledMe is his first produced screenplay.

Frank Mancuso, Jr. began his career in the early 1980s, taking over thesuccessful Friday the 13th franchise. He produced the popular sequels Friday the 13th,Part III and Friday the 13th, Part VI, and served as executive producer on the featuresFriday the 13th, Parts V -VIII and on the television anthology “Friday the 13th, TheSeries.”

He has been responsible for a diverse list of filmsthat includes the spy thriller Ronin, starring Robert De Niro; the 1930s gangsterpiece, Hoodlum, which starred Laurence Fishburne, Tim Roth and Andy Garcia; andthe action thriller Fled, with Laurence Fishburne, Stephen Baldwin and Salma Hayek.Additional credits are Internal Affairs, He Said, She Said, Cool World, Body Parts and Backto the Beach.

Born in Israel, Mr. Gores emigrated to the United States with his family as achild. He is married and lives in Beverly Hills with his wife, Holly, and three children.He serves on the boards of directors of the UCLA Medical Center and St. Joseph’sHospital in Los Angeles.

JOHNNY O. LOPEZ (Executive Producer)
Johnny O. Lopez is vice-chairman of Crescent Drive Entertainment.

Mr. Lopez is also executive vice president for global mergers and acquisitionsat Platinum Equity, a private investment firm headquartered in Beverly Hills,California.

Born in Cuba, Mr. Lopez emigrated to the United States with his family as achild. He is married and lives in Beverly Hills with his wife, Lisa, who is also a Cubanémigré, and their four children.

JOHN R. LEONETTI, ASC (Director of Photography)
John R. Leonetti recently served as director of photography for Dead Silenceand Death Sentence, both directed by James Wan, creator of the Saw franchise.Leonetti’s other credits include collaborations with John Frankenheimer on Againstthe Wall, starring Kyle MacLachlan and Samuel L. Jackson, and The Burning Season,which stars Raul Julia and won the Golden Globe for Best Picture.

Previously, Leonetti shot the Jim Carrey hit The Mask, Detroit Rock City, TheScorpion King, Honey starring Jessica Alba, and The Woods, with Patricia Clarkson.

He began his career as an assistant cameraman and operator working withcinematographers including Vittorio Storaro and his brother Matt Leonetti and fordirectors Steven Spielberg and Francis Ford Coppola. Walter Hill recruited Leonettito shoot an early episode of “Tales from the Crypt,” which garnered him a CableAceAward nomination for Best Cinematography. Subsequently, Leonetti lensed several“Tales” episodes for directors such as Peter Medak, Tom Hanks and JohnFrankenheimer. Leonetti went on to earn three additional CableAce nominations forhis work on the show.

JERRY FLEMING (Production Designer)
A native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas Film Program, JerryFleming began his career with filmmaker Robert Altman, art directing Altman'sfeature films The Player and Short Cuts and his HBO series “TANNER ’88.”

After art directing the critically acclaimed Bottle Rocket for director WesAnderson, Fleming moved to a successful career as a production designer with thefilm Live Nude Girls. He served as production designer for films including PermanentMidnight, Jawbreaker, Things You Can Tell Just By Looking at Her, Breaking All the Rulesand Rise. He has recently completed Crank with directors Mark Neveldine and BrianTaylor and is currently working with them on the upcoming thriller Pathology.

Editor Lawrence Jordan’s recent work includes Zoom starring Tim Allen, thecomedy hit Are We There Yet?, and Dumb & Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd. Othercredits include Riding in Cars with Boys, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, and Assassins.Jordan was nominated for an Emmy® Award for his work on “NYPD Blue.” Healso served as an editor on the television series’ “Arliss” and “Civil Wars.”

JOEL MCNEELY (Composer)
Joel McNeely is an Emmy® Award-winning composer and conductor withmore than 100 motion picture and television credits.

As a composer for film and television, McNeely has worked with some ofHollywood’s most influential producers and directors, including James Cameron andGeorge Lucas. Some of his film credits include Holes, The Tinkerbell Movie, The Foxand the Hound 2, Lilo and Stitch 2, Pooh’s Heffalump Movie, Mulan 2, Return to Neverland(all for Disney), Ghosts of the Abyss (20th Century Fox), Uptown Girls (MGM), Virus(Universal), The Avengers (Warner Bros.), Air Force One (Columbia Tri-Star), WildAmerica (Morgan Creek) and Terminal Velocity (Touchstone).

McNeely’s television credits include “The Court” (ABC), “All Souls” (WBA),James Cameron’s “Dark Angel” (Fox), “Sally Hemmings: An American Scandal”(CBS mini-series), “Buddy Faro” (CBS), “Buffalo Soldiers” (CBS) and “The YoungIndiana Jones Chronicles” (ABC).

As a conductor, McNeely led the Royal Scottish National Orchestra in anaward-winning series of re-recordings of classic film scores. He will conduct theLyon National Orchestra in the summer of 2007 in France and the ChicagoSymphony the following season. McNeely has conducted the BBC ConcertOrchestra in a performance of Bernard Herrmann’s music for Hitchcock films inLondon’s Barbican Hall, and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra in the worldpremiere of Uri Caine’s “Concerto for Two Pianos,” with Jeffrey Kahane and thecomposer as soloists. He has also worked with the London Symphony Orchestra,the Seattle Symphony, the Munich Philharmonic, the London Philharmonic and theWestern Australian Symphony Orchestra.

McNeely received the Emmy® Award for Outstanding Achievement inMusic Composition for “The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles”, as well as anASCAP Film and Television Award for Air Force One and a Gramophone MagazineAward for his recording of the motion picture score of Vertigo. He was given theFrost School of Music Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Miamiand the Path of Inspiration Award from the Interlochen Center for the Arts. He wasalso nominated for an Emmy® for Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction for“The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles”, a Grammy® Award for OutstandingClassical Crossover Album for The Day the Earth Stood Still and an Annie Award forOutstanding Music in an Animated Feature for Return to Neverland.

Born into a musical family in Madison, Wisconsin, McNeely’s interest inmusic began at an early age. A meeting with legendary composer Elmer Bernstein atthe age of 12 inspired him to embark on a career writing music for film. At age 14,he was accepted into the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan and beganconcentrated music studies in composition and flute performance. After graduatingfrom Interlochen, McNeely headed to the University of Miami, where he studied jazzcomposition and performance. While still an undergraduate, he toured the world,playing with legendary performers including Tony Bennett, Peggy Lee, Al Green,Melissa Manchester, Chuck Mangione, Bobby Caldwell, Jaco Pastorius and DaveLeibman.

RACHEL SAGE KUNIN (Costume Designer)
Rachel Sage Kunin designed costumes for the films LA Twister, Horror 101and Breaking Dawn. Sage Kunin was assistant costume designer on Albert Brooks’Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World and Stuck on You, and costume supervisor forAmerican Guns. A graduate of Fashion Institute of Design, she started her career inRoger Corman's costume department and worked with veteran costume designerMarlene Stewart.
