The Holiday is my favorite movie, and I see alot of movies. I never knew what he big deal was over Jude Law. NOW I GET IT. I think he is incredible, there's so much to like about him. Cameron Diaz never disappoints me, I always enjoy her movies. Kate Winslett added substance to the movie, a very solid character. Jack Black, I have a new appreciation for him. I thought he did well with this type of character. The secondary actors, I've enjoyed them all in other movies, Jasper from the movie "Tristian and Isolde" (a flash of Franco in that movie too w/Lindsay Lohan), the grilfriend of Kates who was in the "Wedding Date", Cameron's boyfriend she breaks up with, I've seen him is a couple movies I enjoyed him in, and the older guy, classic, he's been around for along and was very additive to this moview.
